Notary Services Terms, Conditions, & Cancellation Policy
At PRA Professional Services, we value your time and strive to provide efficient and reliable services. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following Terms, conditions, and cancellation policies for our notary services.

PRA Professional Services, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to alter, modify, or amend these terms, conditions, and cancellation policies without notice.
Appointment Deposits:
When scheduling your notary appointment, a deposit is required to secure your desired time slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service upon completion. After booking online, you will be sent a pay link to make payment for the deposit. Once deposit payment is received the appointment will be confirmed.

Payment for Services:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment for services rendered, minus the deposit which was pre-paid, is due in full at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services. You can contact us via phone at 303-335-0655 or by email at patrick@praproserve.com.

Appointment "No-Shows":
A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or less than 24 hour cancellation.

Inability to Complete Signing:
If for any reason we are unable to complete a signing due to Signers inability to pass Knowledge
Based Authentication (KBA), expired or no ID, signer refusal, or any other reason not related to PRA Professionals Services ability to complete services requested will result in forfeiture of deposit and charge for any associated travel fees in accordance with the travel fee schedule. If possible, and opportunity to reschedule may be granted at the discretion of PRA professional Services.
